The Value of a Good Reference to a
Successful Project Manager is Invaluable!

We believe that project management is so much more than simply watching a schedule or managing a budget.  Project management is about people: managing people, understanding people, communicating with people, leading people, and directing people.  We purposely repeated "people" because they are the ones that make the project successful.  A good project manager understands the value of people and how to work with them.

We believe that you can never learn enough about working with and understanding people.  We have learned, partly by the school of hard knocks (our favorite institution because we've spent so much time there) that the easiest way to improve and grow in people management is through reference materials such as books, tapes, CDs, and seminars.

We have constructed a Project Management Reference Resource for your convenience.  We believe very strongly that a project manager who uses reference material is much more successful and satisfied than one who does not. We have seen this first hand with our clients and ourselves.  Those who state they are too busy to read or research are the ones most frustrated by lack of time and lack of information.  If you don't have the time to read, then you have the time to listen.  Pick a audio series below and advance your career quickly.  Reference material is the key.

If you want to see our review of some reference materials (books, CDs), check out our blog.
